Development of special packaging

We are working on most modern thermo-forming machines and produce packaging both  for the food industry as well as for the non-food sector. We deliver our special packaging, e.g. technical forming elements, blister, sorting insets and sales packaging, to the optical and electrical industries, the automobile industry, pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies as well as to the markets for hobby and leisure.

For many years, we have been developping  with great success interesting and innovative packaging for our customers. Our strong point is to meet special requirements of our customers. We take up the challenge to produce the individual packaging for your product.

During the production process, constant quality inspections are carried out in order to avoid the production and dispatch of defective products.

Raw materials and a diverse sales programme

Mezger Verpackungen is in a leading position in the variety of raw materials and thus creates an unbeatable diverse sales programme. We work daily with the raw materials PS, PET, PP and PVC and  - in a forward looking way – we are also using the raw material PLA, which is biodegradable.

One of the great advantages of the company Mezger Verpackungen is the high flexibility in the use of most diverse films with most different characteristics. By using a  combination of the raw materials, the use of multi-layer films and colour variants, we are in a position to offer you a large range of products. Our customers appreciate the direct implementation of their requirements with the possibility which the plastics industry offers to them nowadays.

Logistics and supply reliability

Our modern high bay storage is designed for 3,200 pallet spaces, thus we can guarantee a delivery from our standard programme within 48 hours.

Per annum, we dispatch about 500 million products, packed on about 20,000 Euro pallets and further 4,500 parcels. Our specially trained skilled staff guarantees a process of the logistics centre without a hitch.

High standard of hygiene

In Europe, hygiene is very significant, and especially in the food industry much importance is attached to it. But also in other branches of business, cleanliness is an indispensable requirement for high-quality products. These ambitious requirements  are the basis for our daily work.
